A New Chapter Begins - Building Works Underway at Hillbrook Grange Care Home

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from all of us here at Hillbrook Grange — building works are officially underway on our brand-new residential care home in Bramhall!

On 1st June 2025, we handed over the site to our trusted building contractors, marking the start of both the demolition of the old house and the construction of a purpose-built elderly care facility in Stockport.

While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to a building that has held so many cherished memories, we’re full of hope and anticipation for what’s ahead.

The new Hillbrook Grange is being thoughtfully designed with resident wellbeing in mind. From spacious communal areas to enhanced safety features and modern amenities, every aspect of this new care home in Bramhall is focused on creating a vibrant, supportive living environment.
